Hair So Chic is not responsible for lost, stolen, mishandled, or incorrectly delivered packages. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and arranging for secure receipt.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or opened, photograph it before opening, retain all packaging materials, and contact the carrier. This documentation may help support a carrier claim.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
