Wanted to love this hair but…

"I’ve been following this company for a couple of years and finally decided to purchase based on the consistently good reviews, photos, and videos posted online. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was advertised. When I received the hair, one of the bundles was extremely frizzy and did not look high quality at all. After washing the hair, the other two bundles also failed to maintain the curl pattern shown online. Instead of looking curly, they appeared more wavy and loose. I was really disappointed because the marketing and reviews made the hair seem much different in texture and quality. I expected defined curls and consistent bundles, especially for the price. I’m sharing my experience honestly because I relied heavily on reviews before purchasing. Hopefully the company improves its quality control and better represents the actual curl patterns customers will receive."

Not the same hair

"I am a repeat customer over the years. I always get the same hair. “Raw curly hair 20” . Well this year the money was wasted. Sadly, the hair is not the same. It is poor quality; looser curl pattern, and thinner. Do not waste your money."

Beautiful hair

"Beautiful hair but I wouldn't order again. It took over a month for me to receive my hair I ordered 3 bundles of 22 indian curly received 3 bundles of 20 inches instead. I really loved the final look of the hair once it was washed and air dried. There was a little shedding with one of the bundles prior to washing it. I haven't gotten it installed yet so we'll see how it holds up."

Horrible !!!waste of money .

"4/2026- the hair is not the same. I am a repeated customer and over the last 5 years I had purchase and repurchase the this hair. I loved it so much. However, the hair is priced is worst the price. It’s so expensive now. Never again. This is not the same hair as my previous purchase. The hair is not thick as it was before, the curl patter is more loose and the hair is thinner and out of full body. I wish I can get my money back or the original hair. This hair is waste."

Hair is really so chic

"The hair is beautiful, truly. Just follow all recommendations and you’re guaranteed to be in love with your purchase. I washed when received and used recommended products or very similar. I noticed after I installed and decided to use a curling leave in (not recommended) alongside the recommended It’s a 10 leave in the hair was so weighed down. I rewashed and used ONLY the it’s a 10 leave in and subsequently just water to refresh and the curls are so perfect, soft, and beautiful."

"The hair presentation , the packaging and customer service all top tier. The only negative feedback I have is that this was my first time purchasing the raw Indian curly bundles. Unlike the body wave which I’ve purchased previously, they’re not gym friendly. Lots of tangling and shedding when I combed through the hair after my workout."

Love the hair but not the wefts

"So I really love this hair however I have had some trouble with the wefts and have even had beauticians question the hair when I would re-use it because of the wefts even though the hair itself was still amazing. Just wondering if anyone else has had this trouble. I have ordered the hair twice l, once straight and the other curly and both times the hair lasted but the weft would get so tangled and matted that I couldn’t use it for long."
